Mohamed Sobhi Ahmed Zaki is a distinguished Professor of Plastic Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University, Cairo, Egypt. With over five decades of contributions to plastic and reconstructive surgery, he is one of Egypt's most respected academic surgeons. He serves as the Honorary President of the Egyptian Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (ESPRS) and is the Chief Editor of the Egyptian Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, where he has played a significant role in advancing surgical education, research, and scientific publication. Throughout his career, Professor Zaki has mentored generations of plastic surgeons and has actively contributed to the development of reconstructive and aesthetic surgery both nationally and internationally.
