Alan S. Adams
The Clinic Coach, United KingdomTitle: The importance of building (and maintaining) trust
Abstract
Bob Burg famously said: “people buy from people they know and trust”. Trust, undoubtedly, forms the foundation of any relationship – whether personal or professional. And this is even more prominent within an industry such as aesthetics where clients are exposing themselves and their insecurities. They place complete and utter faith into practitioners to help them achieve their desires about how they wish to look and feel. Have you ever bought something (for example, a new phone, a holiday, or a piece of furniture), but only after checking the reviews first? Well, the same principle applies. Clients want to know that the services you offer are credible, genuine and safe – they won’t risk being scammed or receiving a service below par. While this seems all relatively straightforward, building trust with existing and potential clients shouldn’t be overlooked. Instead, clinic owners must dedicate sufficient time and resources to understanding how to build (and maintain) trust and rapport – from the get-go. In this session, multi-award-winning profit coach and bestselling author, Alan S. Adams shares his key insights into how to achieve this – from understanding and implementing decision triggers, offering added-value services, and showcasing your clinic, the right way. Together, these simple-toimplement tools and tactics will boost effective working relationships, enhance sustainable business growth, and ensure you become the ultimate go-to clinic.
