Abstract
The current case highlights the critical role of dermatological symptoms such as alopecia, vitiligo, and poliosis in the diagnosis of previously unidentified Vogt Koyanagi Harada syndrome (VKH) emphasising on the need for heightened clinical suspicion and inter-disciplinary collaboration in the management of patients. Early identification and treatment are paramount in improving prognosis and reducing the risk of long-term sequelae in patients with VKH.
